War? or Peace?
Many of us may be, whether we realize it or not, at war with reality.
That creates suffering. Confusion. Feelings of disempowerment. There's a way through this.
Look for ways to open your thoughts and emotions to acceptance. Begin with accepting what you cannot change, and you automatically relieve yourself of much stress, anxiety, and worry.
Remember, acceptance leads to inner peace, and inner peace is real freedom and happiness.
