Spread Love by Being Who You Are

During these challenging times, focusing on the news and learning how to maintain health and recalibrating to a new normal may be taking its toll. Sure, having knowledge about what to do is important. Yet, underneath learning that information and taking action on that information is a place of being. It's who you are being in these moments of uncertainty that matters.

Are you tapped into your true inner nature which guides you to true knowing and clear discernment of information you are learning? Or, are you tapped into fear, anxiety or even other people's drama?

While the days may not be "normal" you can find peace and balance within yourself by grounding and connecting with your inner knowing. Then, all action taken from this place of being and from who you are has the capability to spread love, connectedness, and optimism in your world and our world collectively.
