Self Compassion Mantra
Pain. Hurt. Suffering. It feels dreadful and never-ending. Resisting pain doesn't work. Neither does creating distractions. So what helps?
Be with it. Practice self-compassion. This is my most favorite thing to say to myself when I feel as though my heart breaking in ways that it will never come back together. "This is a moment of suffering.

Whatever you are going through, be kind to yourself. This too shall pass.
