Which begs the question - what default lens do you see the world and filter your experience of the world? Is it one of lack? Struggle? Fear? Or, are your thoughts and beliefs supporting possibility and opportunity?

Oftentimes, our default way of being and ways we view and experience the world are limiting and also hidden from our conscious view. That doesn't mean that they can't be accessed or changed. It just means we might need extra help in seeing them or getting access to them in order to shift, change, and grow.

A trick to gaining access to where you are stuck or experiencing limiting beliefs is to take note of persistent issues in your life. Patterns that repeat. Whether that is in relationships, with money, cycles that have been present in your work - any of these repetitive patterns may have been written off by your intellect as, "this is the way it is" or "this is how life is."  But it's not. It is just a default way of viewing and experiencing the world that no longer serves you.  So move on. And, I'm here to help you if you like!
