Anger Is a Disguise for Pain

Anger covers up pain. And pain is an emotion that can be solved within ourselves. It's not "out there" but inside.
How do you heal this from within?

By doing inner work. Healing wounds. Reparenting. Energy work.

Your inner self consists of your hidden feelings, memories, thoughts, beliefs, , wounds, shadows, and other mental/emotional conditions that influence your ability to transform and feel complete and whole at a core level. By doing inner work, you move past fears, limitations, addictions, depressions, loneliness, and the feelings of undeserving.
Inner work can feel uncomfortable. It can feel unsettling. Yet, stepping into your true, authentic self is the most rewarding experience and the greatest gift you give to yourself and to our world.

How do you start inner work? Begin with self-love, inner child work, and exploring the shadow self. There are energetic components to this as well. As in patterns of energy carried through the family lineage. There are past life soul programs that may influence your inner child work.
